This memo is to recognize and thank you for the outstanding job you all did on the Area 1 upgrade. We have received many compliments about the finished product, as well as about how much you accomplished in a short amount of time. I want to commend all of you for your "can-do" attitudes, teamwork, cooperation, perseverance, and integrity. Throughout the shutdown, I wondered if fatigue would effect the quality of workmanship, but it never showed. Everyone was very gracious in being safety conscious and not throwing me out of the area. I wanted to thank you and your staff for a job well done. As we started this project we faced many challenges, some we knew and some we didn't. Today those challenges are behind us due to Tommy and Chris' efforts. Their determination to resolve all the issues is what made the project successful. It's my opinion that the hot water system had been a problem from day one. Things have improved tremendously. Response time for hot water, water temperatures and control over the system have all improved.

I just wanted to drop you a short note thanking Lor-Mar for their efforts on the Building 70 perimeter heating system. We have been forced to complete this work without any drawings or specifications and have had to complete the work while making changes in the process. If it weren't for the conscientious efforts of Lor-Mar and specifically your field supervisor, Mike Ireland, there could have been a lot of problems. Mike has done a great job thinking the work through, checking out the material needed, and planning the progress of the work prior to the shutdown this weekend.

I am writing to formally thank Rick Evans and Joe Moran for the most professional handling and expediting of the HVAC upgrade in our suite. We had been anticipating and quite alarmed by the commotion and possible disruption to our staff and environment during the process. Rick and Joe did go out of their way to insure that we were only midly dislocated and for a very short period of time.
We were pleasantly amazed at how courteous, clean and efficient the construction crew was during the process. Not only did the installation keep to the expected time line but finished early each day and was only a small intrusion into our work day.
We are very satisfied with the upgraded system and happy to be able to offer to our staff a more custom temperature environment.
Special thank you to Rick and Joe for facilitating our computer relocation and reinstallation without that our business would have been quite handicapped during construction.

This letter is being issued to give praise to your site superintendet, Mike Ireland, for recognizing the impact of brass valves on the de-ionized water supply. Working in the environment that we do, with fast paced decisions, reaction to schedule changes, and installations, there never seems enough time to stop for a moment and take note of the small, yet important contributions from the field.
Mike was wary enough to notice that the standard IPS boxes are equipped with brass valves. These valves would re-ionized water thus be in direct conflict with the de-ionized water specifications. Had this detection gone unnoticed the efficiency on the washer rinse cycle would have been defeated and rework involved to correct the problem would have been costly.

The entire project was flawless. Your ability to secure standby companies and supply houses was very astute and greatly appreciated.
The concern for our business was obvious throughout the well thought plan presented.
